  • Supervise a team of estimators in a premier 20,000 ft2 automobile collision repair facility located in Berkeley

Job Description

  • Owns the customer experience. Provides a superior customer experience
  • Responsible for hiring and supervision of all estimators
  • Must hold customer satisfaction and quality to the highest standard while maintaining respectable cycle times
  • Work closely with production manager and DRP manager to ensure that all estimates are accurate and competitive
  • Ensures that all customer and job data is promptly and accurately entered into CCC computer system (with paper backup files).
  • Collaborates with production manager to order parts, perform R&I operations, to ensure estimate is accurate and job will flow seamlessly through the production when it is delivered by the customer


  • 5 years collision repair estimating experience in a DRP collision repair shop with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Expert in use of CCC
  • I-CAR certification highly desirable
  • Committed to continuing safety and technical education
